¶ Renewal Report
Exporting the data out of aMember into Excel for everyone who will be having their course access expire in 'x' amount of time, so we can reach out to them for mastery plan / upsell offers.

¶ PROCEDURES
¶ 1. Login to aMember.
¶ 2. On the left-hand panel, click on Browse Users.
¶ 3. Click on Advanced Search and look for the SCORECARD: B2C Churn filter.
¶ 4. Enter the date range you want to include in the report (we usually run reports by month), then click Apply Filter.
¶ 5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Presets
¶ 6. Click on B2C Expiration Renewal Report and it should automatically download a report for you
